Return and Refund Policy

We at RASTP have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item. We firmly believe that a good shopping experience will keep customers coming back to us again.

Damage and defect issues

Please inspect your product after receiving your order. If the product is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will refund or re-ship the product to you based on your situation.

Free cancellation of orders within 14 days

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without any valid reason, if the goods are en route to your order address.

Refunds

If within 30 days, during the use of the product, if you need to return it for a refund due to product quality problems, please contact us and we will bear all costs.

To be eligible for return in unused condition, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and provide your proof of purchase. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and your refund has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible at sales3@rastuningparts.com.
